Contract Laboratory needed for NIJ Certification Testing of armor.
1. Test sample of level 3a 10x12 armor
2. Test sample of level 3 10x12 armor
I want to see if these will pass the NIJ standard for the rating. We're not looking for NIJ certification at this time.
