USA Consumer Products Laboratory needed for LHAMA chronic toxicological review of the formulations of two 'metallic' markers that we are planning to start selling as part of a product bundle in USA.

Please review the details below and if you are able to help, please let us know how much it would cost and how much time will be needed.

The markers will be included in a set with 6 gift bags and 6 tissue papers for the gift bags. The purpose of the markers will be to personalize the gift bags by writing or drawing something on them.
The markers will be two: a golden one and a silver one.
We are planning to age grade the bundle for kids above 4 years old.

If possible, along with the toxicological review, we'd like to receive a digital copy of a certificate of your toxicology education or some other type of proof that we can present to CPSC if needed.
