USA Metallurgical Laboratory needed for Elemental analysis of metal carbide and oxide materials samples. Some samples may contain depleted uranium. We would want at a minimum the composition in weight or atomic percent, we might also be interested in phase identification (for example if multiple stable carbide phases exist)
