Project Description

Product Safety Laboratory required to handle chemotherapy drug devices (IV bags, solution bottles, connectors, and tube sets that could possibly have sharps attached) to confirm customer complaint issues. This would involve physical review of the product and provide photographic evidence of the defect if applicable and then dispose of the product. A lab that can also provide safe shipping of this product would be ideal.
