Laboratory Test Request

Wipes Worst Case Ignitability and Hazardous Waste Testing (300 Samples)

Project Description

USA Contract Laboratory needed forworst case ignitability and hazardous waste testing wipes presaturated with 70% IPA and 30% water to test if after use they meet the ignitability standards to be classified as hazardous waste.

To conduct a worst case assessment likely use newly removed wipes from the packaging to test ignitability. One potential test method would be SW-846 (EPA Method 1030). Interested in what other test methods/standards/certifications are possible. We would also be interested in the ignitability of the air surrounding the wipes at different timepoints and distances from one wipe as well as a larger collection of the wipes.
