Apple Picking Sustainability Project Testing
Project Description
Agriculture Food Laboratory needed for testing for sustainability project for apple picking. We are hoping to do a HPLC testing for phenolic (antioxidant) content in apple fruitlets (premature apples). This would require using a Folin-Ciocalteu reagent as part of prepping the solution. The separation should require the use of a reverse-phase column.We would like to discuss the chance of us conducting tests like these ASAP and cost for us.
