MULTIPLE TESTING
Materials Laboratory ASTM or ISO material and mechanical tests for our optical plastic lens (different composition of PMMA/SAN mixtures). Properties at 110C, 130C and 150C:
1) Compression stress vs strain for compression modulus
2) Poisson's ratios
3) Creep and stress relaxation tests
4) Shear modulus (DMA)
5) Specific Heat Capacity
6) Coefficients of Thermal Expansion (CTE)
7) Thermal Conductivity
