Beverage Emulsion Testing for Stability
Project Description
USA LABORATORY (Lab must be able to take a 24 hr sample)
MULTIPLE TESTS
USA Food Laboratory needed for emulsion testing that is also able to provide interpretation on how it relates to emulsion stability. Application will be in o/w emulsion type of beverages including the following tests:
Turbidity index
Particle size distribution
Zeta Potential
and any other methods appropriate for measurement of emulsion stability.
