ELISA Assays for Human Serum Plasma Protein Measurements
Project Description
Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for ELISA assays or have a 96 well plate reader to run 3-4 identified kits from ThermoFisher/Invitogen? We are trying to measure levels of 3 or 4 specific proteins in human serum plasma, and possibly measure total protein content (nano drop?). This may be a one time thing, but none of the interested parties currently own a plate reader or nano drop instrument.
