ATP swabs - completed daily on all equipment
Listeria spp. testing - completed weekly on all equipment
Complete nutritional panel testing - completed once for 16 recipes
Guaranteed analysis testing - completed once for 16 recipes
Vitamin toxicity testing - completed per batch made
Shelf-life testing
Pathogen testing - completed per batch made (E. coli, Listeria spp. and Salmonella spp.)
Toxin testing - completed per batch made (antibiotics, dyes, mycotoxins, pesticides, melamine, cyanuric acid, vitaminosis, and heavy metal)
Parasite testing
