MULTIPLE TESTS
USA Electrical Laboratory needed for IEEE Compliance testing of dielectric material to IEEE 1656.4 Standards (38kV) and the attached specifications.
Following tests to 38kV:

1. Flammability - UL-94 - must meet V-0
2. Ultraviolet Aging - IEEE std 1656 section 5.6 - after percieved changes 1000 hours
3. Wet Power Frequency Flashover - IEEE std 1656 section 5.3
4. Tracking & Erosion Resistance - IEC 60587 - 6 hour test at 2kV
5. Wet withstand - IEEE std 1656 section 5.2.1 - must pass option1
6. Tensile strength at break of 2000# per ASTM D638
7. Shore durometer per ASTM D2240
8. Heat Deflection per ASTM D648

Other Properties:

1. Must be able to operate in -20F - 135F & humidity of up to 100%
2. Must be able to withstand wind speeds of 75MPH for 6 hours with installation mechanism
3. Flexural strength greater than 5000# per ASTM D790
4. Flexural modulus greater than 290,000 per ASTM D790
5. Tensile strength at yield greater than 2500# per ASTM D638
