MULTIPLE TESTS
Contract Laboratory needed for Reflection spectrometer tests for anti-reflective coating witness pieces in visual optical rannge. Injection molded plastic pieces with uncoated backsurface. Reflectance spectrum testing with Angle Of Incidence zero degrees (at normal incidence or as near as can be) for spectral range of 370nm to 950nm. Designed anti-refleective coatings have very low reflecance at AOI=0deg, near Rabs=0.5% and for quality verification a good measurement plan with wtness piece back surface reflection reduction is needed or a microspectrometer with back surface reflection spatial filtering used like Olympus USPM-RU-W.
Expected measurement need is about four to six samples per year during two year period.
