CA cosmetics analytical chemistry laboratory needed for formulation of scented oil, cyclomethicone based liquid fragrance with a fine glitter or silica in the liquid for skin application. We are looking for a lab to create an approved sample for production purposes, including ingredient breakdown for approx 3-4 oz.
