Construction Company needs USA Construction Materials Laboratory for failure analysis of breakage of end joints of Baroque Flooring / Marine Walk Anchor Hickory water proof wood floor with an SCI Titanium Rubber Underlayment that I am thinking that the underlayment that was supplied by the distributor moves to much up and down (compression) and fractures the locking mechanism.
