Carpet Fiber Identification Testing for Insurance Claim

USA LABORATORY
USA Independent Textiles Laboratory needed for carpet fiber identification on 3 carpet samples from a condo that were damaged by a neighbor's major water leak. The neighbor has no insurance so I cannot get his company to pay for the test. Please give me specifics on cost and what I can expect by way of qualitative results, e.g., nylon, polypropylene, polyester. I want this done by an independent lab where there is no conflict of interest such as there might be if I went to a carpet vendor. Thank you.
