Lyophilizer Repair

USA Laboratory Service Provider needed for repair of lyophilizer. (Also know as freeze dryer). Unfortunately, it is having an issue. It's not cooling down. Once we turn the refrigerator button, the temperature should drop, but it doesn't happen. Instead, it stays at room temperature.
