NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
USA LABORATORY
Food Research and Development Laboratory needed for flavinoid analysis by GC-MS with throbromine and caffeine as references on some of cocoa products we have in development.
We are currently testing out using GC-MS as an option for analysis with theobromine and caffeine being used as references, but we're interested in getting a full profile of flavinoids as an end goal. This is purely research at this point so no need for certifications or QC/QA processes yet.
Could you please tell me what analyses you offer for that and give me an estimated price per sample? Thanks!
