USA Food Laboratory needed to for Federal requirement testing for bean to bar chocolate makers of the cocoa fat content test and the cocoa husk (shell) content test. Our final products are chocolate bars. I would be interested in knowing how much the test costs, how much sample you would need, how often it is typically performed based on your professional service experience.
