Company conducting study looking at health-promoting phytonutrients in grass-fed meat. We are collecting steak, manure, soil, and forage samples from farmers across the nation and are looking for a lab to provide phenolic analysis of plant materials of the fields where the cattle graze (forage).
We're looking at 10-20 samples/month.
