USA Microbiology Laboratory needed for the following:
Bacterial colony picking from agar plates
Bacterial culture in shaking flasks at 37C overnight growth in preparation for DNA extraction and sequencing
DNA extraction from bacterial ON culture using e.g. Mag-Bind® Bacterial DNA 96 Kit (Omega Bio-tek)
Preparation (and potential -80C storage) of bacterial glycerol stocks
Shipping of extracted DNA to partner labs (for sequencing)
Optional:
library prep and sequencing
