Skincare company needs Cosmetics Laboratory for facial scrub testing for variable amounts of respirable crystalline silica and phenoxyethanol phenol (crude oil , benzene, phenol and ethylene oxide ) for a kaolin, charcoal facial scrub inclusive of 3% Bentonite and 0.8% Phenoxyethanol.

Company would also like a laboratory to advise on the formulation for the following:
(A) substitute for Phenoxyethanol with a more natural plant base ingredient
(B) the evidence that Phenoxyethanol is not causing cancer
(C) what are the criteria selection of best Bentonite which will be free from respirable crystalline silica, or any manufacturer providing a guarantee their Bentonite is free from respirable crystalline silica
