Exploration of Ways to Evaluate Composite Pipes

Large Oil Company needs Laboratory to help explore ways to evaluate composite (i.e. reinforced polymer with glass fibres) pipes. The samples are expected be in a pipe shape. Are you able to machine to the standard dimensions? If so, how much sample is required for each of the tests below?Are you able to age (e.g. one week in an oven) the samples then conduct tests on the virgin and the aged samples?Are you able to modify ASTM test conditions (e.g. temperature and test duration)?Roughly, how much does each of the tests below cost?
