Pharmaceutical Preclinical Contract Research Organization CRO needed for oncology drugs in vivo efficacy studies on 5 tumor xenograft cancer models (e.g., breast, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC,) gastric, liver, pancreatic, so we can file a patent.The study should be performed in nude or tumor-implanted SCID mice We would like to understand the approximate cost of animal research. Is there any experience in conducting in-vivo studies with an implanted tumor?What is the smallest similar study you ever done in your institute and how was it planned? Its timing. What endpoints and design can you recommend? Its approximate cost.How was the blinding of the investigators from the control and test sample realized in your previous studies?Could you please give me a preliminary estimation of such an investigation?
It would be five Tumor Xenograft Models: liver, pancreas, gastric, breast and NSCLC. Please choose cheaper models for preliminary estimation, duration 3-4 weeks.- Number of Groups: 2 arms per model: n=8 per arm (grp1: vehicle; grp2: our drug), in nude or SCID mice- Dosing Regimen/Frequency:1 time per day during the study-Blood Sample Collections: blood collection - 3 times per the study,-Tumor sampling with tumor size measurement at the end of the study.Regards,Halyna
