USA USP Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for testing excipients. We are a Japanese company manufacturing raw materials for pharmaceutical companies. We manufacture:
- Pullulan: a polysaccharides used as a binder, a coating agent and a film former (Listerine PocketPak)
- Trehalose: a non-reducing disaccharide working as a protein and lipid stabilizer, taste masking agent and filler. Its used in Advate, Herceptine, etc.
- Sunmalt-S: high purity maltose (not less than 92%) as a bulking agent for tablets but also in granulated formulations.

These 3 ingredients are widely used in Japan in pharma. We would like to generate data about their benefits when they're used in tablets as either binders, coating agents or filler in comparison with other common excipients. We would need data on the dissolution, hardness, friability, stability of formulated tablets according to USP standards.
