USA or Europe Consumer Products Laboratory needed for multiple tests on an expanding line of products for Walmart / Sam's club compliance testing of eyewear including sunglasses, ski goggles, optical frames, readers and safety glasses. I am looking to find a laboratory partner that can meet our growing needs of testing and retailer compliance.

Please can you help to quote on the following testing needed on the following categories of products:
1. Sunglasses
2. Optical Frames
3. Readers
4. Ski goggles(adult and children)
5. Cat 2 Safety goggles (builders & hospital) (excluding notified body approval) we would send your reports to a EU & UK notified body)
6. Rx prescription uncut finished lenses

I'd like to understand basic prices, any discounts, turnaround times, sample requirements and can you confirm you labs accreditation? Is it UKAS, HOKLAS etc?
