Asia Food Laboratory needed for shelf-life testing of the 3 seafood products below.
1. Salmon Fillet 100g
It is frozen in 2-6degree and will be take out to thaw and sell to consumer to cook. We wish to do a lab test 3,5 and 7 days after take out from frozen machine and transferred to chilled condition.
Smoked Salmon Slices 100g ( ready to eat)
We wanted to do a lab test to check if the shelf life can be claim as 45days in chilled condition after take out from frozen machine.
Sashimi 100g ( ready to eat)
We wanted to do a lab test to check if the shelf life can be claim as 3days in chilled condition after take out from frozen machine.
