Project Description

Histology As part of our drug discovery activity,

20 human tumor specimens embedded in paraffin (20 blocks in total with one block per tissue specimen) to prepare (on histological slides for immunohistochemistry) thirty (30) 5µm-thick slides for each block (-> a total of 600 slides to be cut). For some of these slides, perform immunohistochemistry as follows (the number indicates how ordering the slides):

The markers to be used with slides 3, 5, 8, 10, 13, 15, 18 are easily commercially available markers. As they are of strategic importance for our research, they will be revealed as soons as we will have signed a Confidential Disclosure Agreement.
