The FDA has granted approval to Lartruvo (olaratumab) with doxorubicin to treat certain types of soft tissue sarcomas in adults. Lartruvo is approved for use with chemotherapy drug doxorubicin for the treatment soft tissue sarcomas in patients who cannot be cured with radiation or surgery and whose type of STS has declared anthracycline (chemotherapy) an appropriate treatment.
