Abstract: Researchers? works very hard, spends lot of time and money in research to discover a molecule that shows or indicates one or may be two therapeutic values in their discovery stage. This molecule is filed under the name ?New Chemical Entity?, (NCE). They get a patent protection for the discovery, (IP). The vision of the scientist(s) is to bring this molecule to the market by filing IND/NDA to FDA and eventually bring it to market to cure a disease. The presentation will be divided into two parts: I. WOW!!! I Discovered a Molecule: What are the choices scientist have and what and how they can accomplish, such as to file IND/NDA and beyond. II. How to Bring IP to IND Filing?: What are the steps and essential components are for IND filing, a first step in the process. Such as lab, instruments, documents, Investment, time and cost
