Microbiology Laboratory needed for quality testing best strain of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (to be patented) for manufacturing and commercial production.
Its an anaerobic bacteria and will need some testing to make it commercially viable. This bacteria is not on the market yet so first would need to isolate/identify this bacteria's strains from stools of humans (its in almost all humans). Then take all those strains and test them for viability, growth, butyrate production, cell wall adherence, pathogenic genes, etc in order to find the perfect strain of this bacteria.
Once that perfect strain is found then to do some more testing to maximize its probiotic capabilities and then mass produce to sell to consumers (for human consumption). Let me know if you guys can help with this. Thanks.
