Qualifications, Certifications, Accreditations & Licenses

Lakehead University Centre for Analytical Services (LUCAS) is committed to maintaining quality in its services. A number of LUCAS associate laboratory (LUEL, ATRC) tests are accredited by the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA). Results generated by LUCAS associate laboratories are frequently published in international journals by university scientists attesting to the rigour of our quality practices. Lakehead University is one of the few universities in Canada to operate CALA ISO/IEC17025 accredited operations.
