Overview

Microtest Laboratories is a leader in testing services and contract manufacturing for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Founded in 1984, the company's expertise and flexible processes enhance product safety and security, speed time to market, and minimize supply chain disruption. Microtest's unique single-source capability to provide testing and manufacturing solutions allows the company to support a full pharmaceutical or medical device product release. For example, we can integrate fill-finish production with stability and testing services for a complete solution that lowers cost, improves quality, and accelerates time to revenue.

Microtest operates three facilities in Agawam, Massachusetts. In 2005, the company completed a 20,000-square-foot expansion of its central manufacturing and laboratory facility. Another 20,000-square-foot facility is opening in January 2007 that will expand stability services and add a new packaging laboratory. Our facilities include state of the art aseptic manufacturing areas; analytical chemistry, microbiological, and virological laboratories; Class 100 cleanrooms; on-site steam and EtO sterilization, and depyrogenation capabilities; purified water systems; and voice/data systems.

Microtest is an FDA-registered pharmaceutical and medical device establishment.
