Overview

RJ Lee Group is a comprehensive materials characterization laboratory that offers an industrial forensics approach to sample analysis, standardized testing for compliance, consulting research, EH&S and quality control. We collaborate with industry in their investigative efforts to resolve materials, process, manufacturing and environmental issues. Our scientists can assist in all phases of the product life cycle from foreign particulate matter (FPM) isolation and identification in raw materials and components to evaluation of content uniformity in finished products. Our established quality system allows us to use and/or develop validated protocols and execute them in a cGMP level environment. We are also an FDA-registered laboratory.

Our experts have been called upon to investigate manufacturing inconsistencies, identify and source foreign material, participate in OOS investigations, and examine surface material s. We are successful in assisting companies deliver their product to market by helping product engineers understand the microstructure of materials whether on the nano, micro or macro scale.

If a product is deteriorating or corrosive, if defects or failures are reported, we can conduct studies to determine the source of the corrosion or the reason for failure. We are also prepared to offer root cause investigations into end-user complaints and litigation support services when necessary.
