Overview
We are a small, independent laboratory with a main focus on testing chemicals used in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.
Our current instrumentation includes ICP-MS, ICP-OES, GFAA, Ion Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Total Organic Carbon, Refractive Index, UV-vis, and Specific Gravity. Certified cleanroom environments are used for sample handling and preparation.
