Overview

VTEC Laboratories Inc. has been providing commercial testing, research and inspections for over three decades. VTEC is staffed by professional and accredited engineers (PEs), scientists with decades of in depth experiences in a wide range of industrial consumer applications. Started as a fire and flammability laboratory, VTEC has expanded to include thermal, physical, structural, chemical analysis, weathering and custom testing to all industries internationally. The custom testing is when there is no standardized commercial method to simulate conditions of actual application. The VTEC machine shop, AUTOCAD software and engineering staff can design and build equipment as required for custom testing. VTEC has two facilities- one in New York City and the other in Kingston, NY. The VTEC North facility is a three acre site that can accommodate large testing, such as light railcars and 30 ft drop tests. Both facilities have full security with 24/7 video monitoring. VTEC offers all the above at competitive prices and most turnaround times of only two weeks.
