Overview

Biotrial Bioanalytical Services (BBS), a GLP-certified contract laboratory, offers a range of bioanalytical services and uses proven technologies such as LCMS and Ligand Binding Assays (LBA) for the accurate and reliable quantification of drugs and biotherapeutics in biological matrices.

For 25 years we have been supporting the drug development programs of generic drug companies, pharma and biotech companies by carrying out bioavailability/ bioequivalence studies as well as developing and validating suitable methods and performing high-throughput analysis of samples obtained from pre-clinical studies up to and including clinical trials for innovator compounds.

Biotrial Ligand Binding Services (BLBS) develop Ligand Binding Assays (LBA) for all types of biotherapeutics such as: monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugate (ADC), peptides, proteins, hormones, small molecules and polysaccharides for PK/PD/TK assessments. We also provide immunogenicity evaluation by developing (Anti-Drug Antibodies: ADA) screening and confirmatory assays.
