We specialize in food microbiology testing, nutrition labelling and sensory evaluation, shelf life .Other services include food analysis, food research & development for existing and new products, HACCP . We perform testing, using the Health Canada official methods.

We are also  member of the ASBC, an organization created to bring technical uniformity to the beer industry using chemistry, microbiology and analytical control methods. ASBC is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality, consistency, and safety of beverages and their ingredients.
