Overview
Calibration, Testing and Component Cleanliness Laboratory for thermal fluid components and systems. ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory for gas flow, fluid flow, air velocity, pressure, electrical and temperature simulation, under UKAS Laboratory 0604.
Component cleanliness laboratory for fluid systems and components to ISO 16232. Facility housed in a ISO Grade 6 Cleanroom with aqueous and solvent flushing, agitation, flow bench, ultrasonic and spray wash systems. Particle analysis using Clemex Vision Microscopic method.
Calorimetric thermal performance testing of heat exchangers, for oil, water, glycol and charge air systems on automotive, marine and aviation systems. Complete range of durability test rigs for thermal fluid system validation and sign off.
Standards & Methodologies
All calibration, testing and particle analysis is conducted traceable to national standards. For specific low volume and prototype studies, we can adapt our facility and procedures to customer specific procedures and requests.
