RIBOSOME RESEARCH CENTRE PVT LTD (RRC) is a global contract research organization which have, FDCA approved drug testing laboratory, GLP certified facility and CPCSEA registered Barrier maintained animal facility. RRC is having the state of art facility spread over 100,000 square feet of area and dealing with various preclinical regulatory support for pharmaceutical companies including but not limited to; Pharmacology efficacy studies, Toxicity studies starting from In vitro Cytotoxicity and genotoxicity studies to single and verities of repeated dose animal toxicity studies in accordance with different regulatory guidelines (e.g. OECD, ISO, USFDA, EPA, New Drug and Clinical Trials 2019 etc.).RRC can assist you for all biocompatibility testing of medical devices in compliance with ISO 10993 guidelines. We can also support you for QSAR of your product to understand the molecule initially for further testing related strategic planning.
We are also doing batch clearance testing in compliance with different pharmacopeia viz. IP, BP, USP, EP etc. Pharmacopeia based testing includes but is not limited to: Hormonal Bioassays, Identification, Antigen Tests, Pyrogen Testing, Abnormal Toxicity, Intracutaneous reactivity test, In Vitro Cytotoxicity and Acute Systemic Testing, QSAR, etc., based on the type of product and requirement of data.Apart from this, RRC is also having a series of analytical instruments viz. HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS-MS, GC, FTIR (ATR-DIAMOND), UV SPECTROPHOTOMETER, ELISA, MULTIPLATE READER, KARL FISCHER, POTENTIOMETER etc. We also have complete instrumentation for clinical pathology and histopathology services, Any-Maze System and all major instrumentations required for pharmacology and toxicological studies. Many other instrumentation is available to support all services as listed. RRC also has a dedicated Microbiology department where we can perform all different kinds of studies/testing that involves handling of Microbes.
