The company was established in the Northeast of the U.S. in 1982 and today operates in the major petroleum and petrochemical markets of more than 15 countries around the world. The company is continually researching new markets and areas of activity with further expansion always on our minds.Camin Cargo Control is the preferred inspection partner of many leading international trading companies, major oil companies, domestic and foreign refiners as well as an increasing number of clients on the food and general cargo side of the business.Our experts provide inspection, sampling, inventory control and laboratory analysis for the full range of petroleum and petrochemical products in addition to grains, fertilizer, coal, edible oils, sugar and minerals.
Standards & Methodologies
The company first became ISO certified in 1997 and upgrade all its systems to ISO 9001:2008 status in 2002. We have also achieved ISO 17025:2005 status in several specific locations. Camin Cargo Control is bonded by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, EPA registered for RFG and active members in various industry related organizations: American Petroleum Institute (API), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Petroleum (IP), International Federation of Inspection Agencies (IFIA), LEAP (Leadership for Energy Automated Processing) Grain and Feed Trade Association (GFTA), Federation of Oil, Seeds and Fats Association (FOSFA), Servicio National de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA), Sugar Association of London.
