Working in a GLP-compliant setting, Medpace Bioanalytical Laboratories provide method development and validation services, and analysis of samples from human and non-human species (including mice, rats, rabbits, dogs, and monkeys) in a variety of biological matrices. Laboratory staff are highly trained with projects managed by dedicated PhD and Masters-level scientists averaging 10-20 years of pharmaceutical and bioanalytical study experience and focused on providing accurate, high-quality results in a timely, secure, and cost-effective manner. We have extensive expertise in developing sensitive methods utilizing a number of bioanalytical techniques, including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, ligand binding (ELISA - standard and multiplex, Anti-drug antibody), and qPCR. We have used these techniques to quantify small and large molecule analytes, metabolites, prodrugs, biomarkers, and light- and temperature-sensitive compounds in studies across all stages of drug development from discovery to post-marketing.
