Chemistry Testing

Qualifications, Certifications, Accreditations & Licenses

They also conduct regular internal audits and administer the industry's most challenging internal proficiency program. Our daily Process Control tests greatly exceed the specific QC standards set by the AOAC ALACC for food microbiology and chemistry testing. Mérieux NutriSciences has implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs for both our microbiology and chemistry tests.

External Proficiency Programs

Worldwide, Mérieux NutriSciences participates in many external proficiency programs, both voluntary and regulatory mandated, to include those run by AOAC, AACC, AOCS, BIPEA and LGC to name but a few.

Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

Mérieux NutriSciences employs state of the art analytical instrumentation to allow direct interface of data into LIMS whenever feasible. Calculations are also performed electronically where possible.  Process verification assures you that each test has been performed as requested and all quality system parameters are acceptable prior to approval of results. Once approved, final test results can be obtained via the Internet (Mérieux NutriSciences-mymxns.com), e-mail or fax. When we observe abnormal, unusual or out-of-specification results, our client service staff contacts you immediately discuss further actions.
