There are lots of advantages and challenges come with being a boss. We are all scientists, so our vision is to help mankind, may be with producing effective drugs, providing services to companies who are in bio-tech or pharmaceutical industries or provide them with the instruments that would help them in their research. In my presentation I will discuss how and why I made a decision to start a contract analytical services company and what are the challenges and road blocks came along the way and how I overcame the challenges.
