Bioanalytical Laboratory needed to get a protein metabolically radiolabelled by incorporation of S35 and/or C14 labelled amino acids during proteinbiosynthesis in cells. My protein is expressed in CHO cells. It has a size of 55 kD and a purification scheme is established.
