Analytical Technologies Group By way of introduction, ATG was founded by two veterans of the lab instrumentation industry, Scott Miers and Tom Green, who both recognized the need for a scientific equipment and instrument service company with excellent customer care, knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable pricing. Scott had been in his own instrument service business for over 30 years, while Tom bought and sold pre-owned and refurbished lab equipment for over 20 years. They collaborated to create Analytical Technologies Group, also known as ATG Service, with the mission to create an exceptional independent service organization. ATG is now celebrating its 10th year in business! Scott Miers serves as ATG?s Chief Service & Operations Officer and oversees two specialized service division teams focusing on refurbishment, routine maintenance, repairs, and specialty professional services for FPLC, HPLC, Bio Process Skids, Plate Readers, and Plate Washer instruments. Manufacturer expertise includes, but not limited to GE, Agilent, Molecular Devices, Perkin Elmer, Biotek, Beckman Coulter, and Waters. Our scope of service delivery includes both field and depot services. Our engineers and technicians have knowledge of clean room protocols, as well as experience in FDA regulated labs and work closely with customer quality teams to assure compliance with internal SOPs. Whether our customers are in research , clinical, manufacturing, or production, the ATG service organization is ready to respond and complete the service engagement with the goal of minimum downtown. Our mission is to focus on customer priorities and needs, enabling and ensuring their success.
