LONG-TERM TESTING
High Technology Company needs US Materials Laboratory for the following quality control QC testing:
measure the specular % reflectance of dielectric coated hemispheres that have an ID radius of 10mm, 12.5mm, and 20mm (and future 37.5mm radius). We are expecting 99% reflectance between 400-750nm and with a different coating 98% reflectance in the 220-310nm range. I can provide drawings of the part. Can you do this type QC testing? What Instrument do you use? What is the testing cost per part tested?
