LEGAL Materials laboratory needed for performance, weathering and failure investigation testing of potentially defective, two coat, acrylic elastomeric liquid coating used for roofing on commercial building. Polymer coating that instead of coating and drying within two hours discharged into storm drain causing notification of Fire department and Hazardous Materials units.
