Massachusetts cosmetics laboratory needed for formulation and stability testing for shampoo, wash out conditioner, leave-in conditioner, face wash and a daily hair moisturizer. Need stability tests performed that ensures consistency, all-natural ingredients, excluding all chemicals. Has to hold up to Whole Food standards. This list of excluded chemicals can be sent per request.
