Traditional laboratory identification requirements for this product have been waived,https://www.cdc.gov/labquality/waived-tests.html . The lab only has to receive, scan, and test the specimens. The results are, Pass/FailThe results will be automatically uploaded to our website to be accessed by the consumer.
I would like a discounted volume quote for a laboratory-based home drug testing system (The System). We are requesting a composite quote that combines cost for a large number of negative screens with 4%-5% positives requiring LC/MS confirmation.
1. The product will test for THC, Opiates, fentanyl, PCP, Cocaine, and Amphetamines, however,2. the product is a Consumer, Non-workplace, or Chain of Custody service.3. The product will be marketed nationally to the general population for the prevention and early detection of substance abuse.4. 5. The system (kit) is ordered online and mailed to consumers. 6. The vials and all necessary materials for urine deposit and analysis are included in the packaging of the product.7. Two vials are delivered to the laboratory via a prepaid mailer to fit into the analyzer, and one vial is for screening and confirmation via LC-/MS8.
