Concrete Block (CMU) Paint Identification Testing
Project Description
Materials Laboratory needed for testing paint still adhered to the face of concrete block (CMU).
The block is spalling and i suspect it is because the new layer of paint applied in summer of 2019 is not breathable. I would like you to identify the paint and comment on the relative ability to allow water vapor inside the block to vent through the paint.
